Alexander Sabillon is a coffee farmer who is unafraid to experiment, producing some truly unique Honduran coffees!
Hailing from a long line of coffee farmers in the Santa Bárbara region, Alexander Sabillon is the youngest of his family and the first to produce specialty coffee. After acquiring a small 1.5 hectare farm, Alexander started fresh – carefully replanting with Catuaí beans to grow this sweet, fruity coffee.
