We have been around since 2005 from San Francisco, California. While other companies have a similar name, you’ll know it’s us if it has our cup and star logo!

We are honored that the search for a replacement took you to our page, however, the “Ritual” French Press from Amazon was not made by this Ritual Coffee. So terribly sorry, and good luck with your search!

Ritual commits to delivering high-quality specialty coffee; in our case, we roast light. We make great efforts to source the best coffee possible, and roasting light highlights the flavors that make each coffee special.

The only exception to this would be our seasonal espresso blend which we do a medium roast.

No, we only offer whole beans to ensure you get your coffee faster and fresher.

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Orders typically arrive in 1–4 business days after shipment, depending on distance from San Francisco. Reference the tracking info we provide via email after the order is placed for specifics.

Please make sure to use a complete and correct shipping address. Ritual is not accountable for extra costs incurred by incorrect shipping info or missed shipments.

Ritual Coffee Club subscribers do not pay an additional shipping charge at checkout.

Unused, new in packaging non-coffee products may be exchanged within 30 days. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

We’re sorry, but our coffee beans are non-returnable and non-refundable once they’ve been shipped. Our coffees are roasted “to order,” and we do our best to ship orders within a day of their roast date. This commitment to quality means that we cannot accept coffees returned to us after they’ve left our roastery.

In the event that a prepaid subscription is canceled early, a refund will be processed for the prepaid amount minus the sum of orders previously shipped at the list price ($24–26/bag.) Recurring subscriptions may also be canceled at any time.

Of course, we want you to be happy with your coffee experience more than anything. Please write in to let us know if you’ve been dissatisfied with your coffee in any way.

Free Shipping (via USPS to US addresses only) is available for orders over $40, the discount will be calculated at checkout.

We do ship internationally!

You can find most, if not all the items available at our cafés! We will always state if an item is an online exclusive.

Ritual has two gift card options available. A café gift card is a physical item that can be used only in person. The e-gift card is for online purchases using our website ritualcoffee.com.

3. Click the “View” button on the appropriate subscription
4. Under “Actions” is the option to “Cancel Subscription”

Prepaid subscriptions will be refunded for the sum of their remaining orders. Please contact us with your subscription number to obtain a refund.

An ongoing subscription is where you will receive regular shipments of coffee until you cancel your subscription.

Prepaid subscriptions are slotted for coffee delivery within a certain amount of time. This makes a perfect option to gift someone coffee!
