With variable temperature control via an ergonomic click wheel and 1200 watts under the hood for a quick heat time, this is the pour-over kettle perfected.
The EKG can hold the temperature you set (to the degree) with a toggle switch for up to 60 minutes after the initial heating, or turn off automatically if you forget.
It also has a built-in brew “stopwatch” that activates after it gets to your set temperature. Bonus!
There’s even a secret game hidden in the LCD display, because this kettle is so darn effortless to use that you may just be a little bored…
Finally, this kettle is all-electric and is NOT for stovetop or open flame use under any circumstances.
