This year, Ritual celebrates our 20th Anniversary!
As part of our celebration, we’re highlighting some of our favorite coffees from Ritual’s history. It’s impossible to choose favorites—we love all of our coffees so much—but to us, these coffees are representative of some of the more unique relationships we are lucky enough to be a part of! You’ll find a ‘20th Anniversary’ sticker on the front of the bags and interviews with some of the people involved in bringing that coffee to Ritual—including coffee producers, agronomists, exporters, and importers!
After two years of solely serving coffee, Ritual expanded to sourcing and roasting coffee in 2007, which means that we have been buying some of the same coffees for 18 years! Throughout that time, we have maintained a commitment to finding and sourcing some of the best coffees out there.
While it may be easy to reduce that work down to just a few sentences, the reality is that it takes the work of so many people to produce that final cup of coffee. We’ve been lucky enough to work with incredible people in every aspect of the coffee world, producers, exporters, agronomists, importers, and traders—all of whom have been willing to share with us their knowledge and love of coffee along the way.
This year, as we turn 20, we want to celebrate those people, and give you—our customers—a window into who they are. Throughout this year, we’ll be highlighting these coffees and our interviews with the people who help us bring them to you.
We love these coffees and hope you enjoy drinking them and learning a bit more about them!
