In the ten years we have been purchasing coffee from Alexander Sabillon, we’ve seen his farm increase in quality year over year – he’s added new plots, experimented with new processes, and rebuilt his whole drying infrastructure. While we’re always excited by his new projects, his classic washed Catuaí lot remains a favorite. With notes of apricot, gingerbread, and brown sugar, this coffee is bright and sweet.
