The San Pedro Sochiapam community is nestled in the La Cañada province of Oaxaca.
With a unique microclimate, La Cañada has longer rainy seasons, presenting challenges for coffee processing; however, the coffees here are vibrant and bright with notes of stone fruit and citrus. This regional blend is washed, fermented without water for between 18-24 hours, and has notes of clementine, shortbread, and cocoa.
