This coffee comes from Tore, located in the Gelana district of Oromia, Ethiopia. Grown by over 950 small-scale farmers, this coffee is washed, soaking overnight in tanks, before being dried on raised beds. Tore has the flavor profile that Yirgacheffe is known for – bright lemon-lime citrus, candied fruit sweetness, and a light tea-like body.
