Annie The Baker
Annie Baker, originally from Pittsburgh, PA, transitioned from an accountant to a professional pastry chef after attending the Culinary Institute of America in California. She spent five years as Head Pastry Chef at Mustards Grill before creating her unique dough-like cookies, which capture the essence of classic baking. You can enjoy her delicious creations at Ritual Napa in Oxbow Public Market and in San Francisco at Ritual in Hayes Valley.

Batter Bakery
Founded in 2008 by Jen Musty, Batter Bakery offers unique, handcrafted baked goods made with premium ingredients. Specializing in small batches, they create treats from casual snacking to elegant events.

Etta + Billie
Alana Rivera founded Etta + Billie in 2009 after a corporate job led her to explore natural body care. Inspired by food, she developed products like Lavender Soap and Cold Brew Mint Coffee Scrub, which includes Ritual Coffee. Alana uses organic ingredients to benefit both the skin and the environment. Committed to social impact, Etta + Billie donates 1% of its profits to local food banks and human rights organizations, upholding a Certified Green status since 2011.

Fi & Me
Laurel and her daughter, Fi, specialize in delicious gluten-free (and some Vegan!) sweets. After experiencing a gluten allergy, Laurel developed recipes that are both gluten-free and flavorful. Their goodies, including cookies and donuts, promise satisfaction and happiness. Only available on weekends at our Napa location.

Little Apple Treats
Joanne and her husband, Dan, purchased a house in an apple orchard, sparking Joanne’s passion for growing food. In 2009, she launched Little Apple Treats with her first batch of apple cider vinegar. Today, she continues to craft innovative recipes in a certified facility near their farm. Get some apple cider caramels with our coffee!

NeoCocoa
Christine Doerr’s passion for chocolate began in the 1980s at Cocolat, where she learned from Alice Medrich, a truffle pioneer. After graduating from the California Culinary Academy and working as a pastry chef, Christine transitioned to graphic design before returning to her true love: chocolate. In 2008, she founded NeoCocoa, creating unique shell-less artisan truffles with support from La Cocina, a program for female food entrepreneurs. Grab a bag of her delicious, award-winning toffee brittle!
