We don't source many coffees from Brasil, but then again, the Souza family produces coffees that will make you rethink what Brasilian coffee is really all about.
For generations, the Souzas have been doing things differently in Brasil. Bruno Souza processes his coffee carefully in small batches, producing the best coffee he can – not the most. This small batch of naturally processed Rubi cherries is sweet and fruity – an excellent representation of the coffees of the Brasilian Cerrado.
