We are believers in the promise of San Francisco. San Francisco is the city of Art and Innovation. The last few years have been a challenging time for our beloved city, and we believe that many of San Francisco’s best times, the times that have fostered the most creativity, ingenuity and fun have been born during times like these. We feel like San Francisco is on the verge of an incredible revival. A renewal. A rebirth. Some much needed fresh air! And this being the city of art, we are putting out the call to artists to help us envision what this revival looks like. We’ll be featuring the two winning concepts on our upcoming espresso labels. Join us in celebrating our 18 years of business with your entry.
Artists – please help us! What is your idea of a revival of San Francisco? Please tell us about your vision for a Flourishing San Francisco by submitting a one paragraph description or a rough sketch.
Our Seasonal Espresso program is how we like to highlight our best coffees and our favorite artists. For over ten years, we’ve taken the hard route by creating custom packaging, descriptions, and names for each blend – because we believe that every coffee should tell its own story. And we take pride in featuring artists that share our passions and values – in art, San Francisco, and coffee! Please see the photo above for some of our favorite past espresso art.
We will be selecting our two favorite concepts for the label artwork and merchandise of our upcoming summer and winter seasonal espresso blends. In addition to having their artwork featured on the packaging and merchandise, the winning artists will be compensated $500 each. There is also an opportunity to be featured in a group or solo art show at Ritual Valencia.
