Iced Coffee in a Pinch
The general principle for making fresh iced coffee is to take around 1/3 of your hot water dose and replace it with ice in a glass, which will create smaller pours for drip methods. Then just pour the more concentrated hot brew over the glass of ice. Otherwise, your overall water dose, coffee dose, grind, and time should stay the same. Here are some quick recipes for brewing cold coffee with the other brew methods.
