Hacienda Carmona, Guatemala

Bella Vista upholds Maria’s fierce dedication to producing quality coffee, and maintains her beautiful beneficio. Hacienda Carmona is processed in the traditional washed manner: the skin of the coffee cherry is depulped before subjecting it to a 24-hour fermentation process to break down any remaining sugars on the seed, and finally, the coffee is sun-dried on patios.
