Jose Ureña and Rigoberto Araya founded the Micepa Mill to showcase the beautiful specialty coffees of the Chirripó region. This lot of Red Catuaí beans was prepared as a Yellow Honey, with subtle fruit flavors and the dark, caramel sweetness of maple syrup.
