Coffee
Ritual commits to delivering high-quality specialty coffee; in our case, we roast light. We make great efforts to source the best coffee possible, and roasting light highlights the flavors that make each coffee special.
The only exception to this would be our Seasonal Espresso Blend, Sweet Tooth Single Origin Espresso, and ACE offerings which would be considered a medium roast.
No, we only offer whole beans to ensure you get your coffee faster and fresher.

Online Orders
We ship via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders generally arrive within 1–4 business days after shipment, depending on the distance to the destination. For shipments that are outside of California or cross-country, please allow an additional 1–3 days for delivery.
Please make sure to use a complete and correct shipping address. Ritual is not accountable for extra costs incurred by incorrect shipping info or missed shipments.
Coffee subscribers do not pay an additional shipping charge at checkout.
Unused, new in packaging non-coffee products may be exchanged within 30 days. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
We’re sorry, but our coffee beans are non-returnable and non-refundable once they’ve been shipped. Our coffees are roasted “to order,” and we do our best to ship orders within a day of their roast date. This commitment to quality means that we cannot accept coffees returned to us after they’ve left our roastery.
In the event that a prepaid subscription is canceled early, a refund will be processed for the prepaid amount minus the sum of orders previously shipped at the list price ($24–26/bag.) Recurring subscriptions may also be canceled at any time.
Of course, we want you to be happy with your coffee experience more than anything. Please write in to let us know if you’ve been dissatisfied with your coffee in any way.
Free Shipping (via UPS to US addresses only) is available for orders over $40, the discount will be calculated at checkout.

You can find most, if not all the items available at our cafés! We will always state if an item is an online exclusive.
Ritual has two gift card options available. A café gift card is a physical item that can be used only in person. The e-gift card is for online purchases using our website ritualcoffee.com.
