The Mission
About our Mission Café
A furniture store in its past life, this cafe on the south end of the Valencia corridor was our first.
Still near and dear to our hearts, this cavernous room is where Ritual became a daily ritual for so many in the neighborhood and caffeinated more than a few artists, writers, and start-up entrepreneurs on their way to the next big thing. We roasted and packed all of our coffees here, played the music way too loud, and became a new San Francisco classic.
Remodeled in 2013 with a bright, airy feel – like a coffee church with gardens, sunken ship parklets, and custom everything. The original Ritual is still our guiding light.
